Another year has passed us by,
And this one uglier than most,
So now it’s time for you and I
To cheer its ending with a toast.
Well. That was…not a great year, was it?
How to ensure 2017 is a better one? Throw some salt, do a dance, will it unto the cosmos?
Maybe just resolve to be as good as we can be and hope for the best?
Celebrate tonight if you can, let 2017 be born to joy and revelry, and have a happy new year.
After managing somehow to stave it off the entire season, I have finally taken grossly ill just in time for Christmas. Because 2016, I guess.
So, have a much better Christmas than me, everyone!
Finally done with shopping, wrapping, and shipping! Now I’m all ready for my favorite year-end party (…well, almost – still need a few more snacks!).
What’s everyone else doing for the holidays?
This week, let us all give thanks for the things that are…not bad.
And even some of the things that are bad, if they’re also, you know, kind of good, or…result in good things.
You know how it is.
Hope everyone’s ready for Halloween tomorrow!
I’m feeling lazy, so here’s Sear again with pumpkin stuff.
Now to go and get some candy for–for the childrens…
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! But it’s just not quite complete without reminding everyone to go check out some weirdtastic Finnish reindeer drama:
You can’t always strike gold when absently perusing Netflix, but sometimes, you might strike…reindeer?
Don’t strike reindeer, though. That’s terribly rude.
After seeing the second movie, tracking down the first became a necessity.
It does not disappoint.
Glory in their madness, and have a happy new year!
For anyone who missed Sear’s Halloween special last week, watch to learn the fascinating story behind the use of pumpkins!
